Come and join us for our very first London Meet & Move event of 2026 - a free sound bath and breathwork workshop
This is a fun, easy and accessible way to meet new people and enjoy the calming effects of a traditional sound bath.
Guided by Rebecca, our friend and qualified practitioner, this event will help you settle into deep relaxation. Whether or not you've experienced a sound bath before, this is a chance to try something new, and explore how your body responds to sound, both physically and emotionally.
After the workshop you can stick around for tea, coffee and cake with the rest of the group, hosted by Callum, one of our Trekstock Ambassadors.

Everything I share in a workshop is all about bringing more awareness and presence to our everyday lives, each session I intuitively craft according to the energy of the space meaning every experience is unique. All I ask is that you arrive with an open mind and heart. This is a chance to gift yourself time to pause & rest.
