Dynamic Pilates Class During this difficult time, we want you to know that we've still got you and will continue to connect you with others who get it too. By doing so, we hope that we can lessen the feelings of isolation that many of you must be feeling at this time. Log onto Zoom with our Young Adult Ambassador Ellen for our next Dynamic Pilates class with Laura Porro from Equilibrium Studios. The class will take you through a series of Pilates exercises which will leave you feeling energised. Laura will provide lots of options for different levels and to manage possible side effects such as neuropathy. After the class, you are welcome to stay and have a chilled chat with everyone. Laura has been practising Pilates for several years and her passion for it eventually led her to decide to qualify as a teacher. She is interested in how Pilates supports people to feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. She loves to deepen her understanding of how bodies work and she holds specialist qualifications in cancer exercise, bone health and osteoporosis, pre/postnatal and post-rehab protocols. Not used Zoom before? No problem, you can download the app for free onto your phone or just search for 'Zoom' on your computer and click Join Meeting and add the ID we send you on your laptop. Please be ready to start the class on Zoom at 6pm.
