Hosted by Dr Hazel Wallace (The Food Medic, Physical Therapist and Nutritionist), we’re here to talk honestly about the benefits and challenges of exercising with cancer. Getting moving is hard enough, let alone when living with cancer and its effects, but the research shows that exercise can improve everything from reducing recurrence in some cancers, improving flexibility and cardio-respiratory fitness, and reducing chronic fatigue and significantly improving quality of life.

Hear expert advice from consultant Oncologist Dr Ailsa Sita-Lumsden, Joelle Rainford (Level 4 Cancer Rehab Trainer), Dr. Gemma Pugh (Lecturer @QMUL in sports and exercise medicine), and young adults who have benefited from exercising after cancer, we want to help you have the confidence to get active and equip healthcare professionals to tell people just that.
