Pop Up Painting Digital Meet Up

During this difficult time we want you to know that we've still got you and will continue to connect you with others who get it too. By doing so, we hope that we can lessen the feelings of isolation that many of you must be feeling at this time.

We're excited to say that our band of amazing Champions across the UK are putting on digital meet ups with a difference! They will be bringing a fun activity you can all do from the comfort of your own home whilst providing a safe supportive space to chat.

Log onto Zoom with our Birmingham Champions Becksy and Carly for a fun afternoon getting creative with Pop Up Painting, Van Gogh Sunflowers on Saturday 2nd May at 4pm. This will be a digital meet up which you can join for free, enjoy a shared fun activity that your fab Champions have come up with, and chat with others in their 20s and 30s living with and beyond cancer. Once you have signed up for the meet up we will send you the link to join it on Zoom. There are 15 spaces available.

Not used Zoom before? No problem, you can download the app for free onto your phone or just search for 'Zoom' on your computer and click Join Meeting and add the ID we send you on your laptop. You can also check out this handy guide to using Zoom via this link.

Find some art supplies and some paper - these can be anything from felt pens, paints, highlighters or crayons

Our Story

Trekstock was founded in 2009 by Sophie Epstone after she became aware of a huge gap in tailored support services for those diagnosed with cancer in their 20s or 30s.

Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically challenging adventure, as you take on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) and your challenge is to do all this in 24 hours!
