Exercising is hard on most days that end with y. Throw cancer into the mix and you've got yourself a real party. But we all know that staying active is good for the brain as well as the body - even if your body is being put through it's paces. That's why we teamed up with personal trainer Lisanne van Sonsbeek to bring you our #TrekstockMoves series.

Four videos. 20 minutes each. Each working a different part of your body to build strength, stamina and cardio fitness. It's the perfect prescription for exercising after cancer, especially if you're just stepping back into the game after your cancer diagnosis or cancer treatment.
