  1. I have cancer

You've Found Us

Hello and welcome to Trekstock.

It's good to meet you. Whatever type, whatever stage, we'll help you get moving, get connected and create the life you want beyond your diagnosis. We want you to know you’re not alone.

We know that this is a club you never wanted to join, but now you’ve found us, know that we and the Trekstock Community are here to support you.

Navigating life in your 20s or 30s is hard enough, let alone when you've been diagnosed with cancer. We get that everyone’s different and no one understands the impact this diagnosis has more than you.

We know you're so much more than just your cancer and what works for some people may not be right for you, so pick and choose what you need now and come back for the other bits you may need later on.

We've got you.

“Trekstock has helped to rebuild my confidence and meet others who understand the ups and downs of post cancer life. The team is so supportive and I don’t think I’d be where I am today without them. They have completely changed my life.”

As part of the Trekstock Community, you'll get:

  • Access to our unique community of others diagnosed with cancer in their 20s or 30s
  • Free events on the topics that matter to you like menopause, sex, friendship, mental health, work and more
  • Our expert-led booklet on Nutrition and Cancer to answer all the questions floating round on what you should eat during treatment and beyond
  • Access to our RENEW exercise programme with specialist instructors
  • Weekly Pilates classes
  • Our video yoga series. Yoga with Adrienne eat your heart out
  • Regular meet-ups online and IRL with people local to you - and the chance to create new groups if they don't already exist
  • Chance to help us shape our programmes so we can support you in the ways you need
  • The things you need to make you feel like a human, not just a cancer patient

Sound good? See you online or in person at our next event?

If you have a moment, we'd love to find out a little bit more about you so that we can support you in the ways you need. This info will be treated in the strictest confidence, feel free to chat with Bryony if have any questions or would like to find out more.
