Why 34?

Every day in the UK 34 young adults are diagnosed with cancer, stopping them in their tracks. Trekstock gets them moving again physically and psychologically, to support them on a journey that doesn't stop when treatment ends.

By committing to donating a regular gift every month, quarter, or just once a year, you'll be helping to change lives.

MAKING YOUR GIFT

However you choose to make your regular gift of '34' (monthly, quarterly or annually) it’s easy to set up online. If you wish, you'll also have the opportunity to make a one-off donation.

WITH YOUR SUPPORT WE WILL BE ABLE TO TRANSFORM CANCER SERVICES

We will be able to keep providing social and practical support services across the UK from large-scale events to physical activity programmes that help young adults find their ‘new normal’ after cancer. We’ve set an ambitious strategy to increase our reach and deliver services in new cities across England.

You can play a vital role in ensuring we bring forward the day when no young adult has to face cancer alone.

“I just wanted to say thank you to you and Trekstock for all you have done for me - you literally helped me turn my life around” Tina, Trekstock beneficiary, 2017

THE DIFFERENCE YOUR DONATION COULD MAKE

Your donation could help Trekstock continue to provide vital support services across the UK, including;

Renew Cancer Rehab Exercise - 12-week programme helping participants become physically and mentally stronger after cancer. "I couldn't even run for the bus, the programme has changed my life.” RENEW participant, 22

Hospital ‘Sanctuary Room' - enhancing patient services through a dedicated space for young adults at UCLH, designed by Trekstock.

Meet & Move events - physical activity & peer-to-peer 1 day support events across the country. These bespoke events bring together a wide range of experts to address the social and practical support needs of young adults with cancer. They help reduce social isolation and provide opportunities to connect with others while reaping the many benefits of getting active.
