What has helped you to thrive?

What really helped me thrive after my diagnosis was knowing that others my age or of a similar age were also going through this and that I wasn’t on my own. I started following Olivia Rose Smith’s Instagram page and for me just knowing that someone had also been through the exact same treatment as me and was okay really did help me thrive and push myself forward.

Garce's Story

I am 20 years old and was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma when I was 19 in September last year. I have just finished my 6 sessions of chemotherapy and have blogged my way through my journey as a way of coping with everything. I’m hoping to connect with others who are going through a similar journey to myself, as no one quite gets it until they actually get ‘it’.

Our Story

Trekstock was founded in 2009 by Sophie Epstone after she became aware of a huge gap in tailored support services for those diagnosed with cancer in their 20s or 30s.
