It felt more like meeting up for lunch with friends - warm, fun and supportive.' 'The fun and casual atmosphere made it really easy to socialise with others.' 'It was the first time I was really able to have a chat with other people who understood some of the things I was going through.' In light of the ongoing Covid-19 (commonly known as Coronavirus) situation, Trekstock is following protocols from the Government and NHS England. Following the current guidelines, our events are continuing to run as usual. We will be closely monitoring the situation and reassessing day by day to make sure we are taking appropriate measures. The health of the young adults we support is always our first priority. We understand that this can be a worrying time for you so Trekstock will be providing as much guidance as possible. Please see the Advice on Coronavirus for People With Cancer document (produced by One Cancer Voice, a coalition of leading cancer charities) for answers to frequently asked questions. The first page of this document also identifies some people with cancer who may be more at risk of becoming seriously ill if they contract the COVID-19 infection (commonly known as the Coronavirus). If you are in one of the at risk categories, or in active treatment, we ask that you seek advice from your Clinical Nurse Specialist before attending any of our events. If you are feeling under the weather on any level, we ask that you do not attend any of our events. Please call the office on 0207 3881200 or email [email protected] if you have any questions at all. Booking for this event has now closed.
