Meet & Move: Dance with Nat
Join Nat this month for a dance workshop and connect with others as you move together.
Our new Meet & Move programme is designed to get you moving and bring our community together.
So, whether your thing is dancing or breathwork, a catch-up over a walk or coffee, art or sound healing, we’ve got you covered.
This event is free to attend, and you're welcome to bring a buddy along with you. We can't wait to see you there!
Join Nat, a qualified dance and barre instructor, for an uplifting movement workshop that brings together dance, breathwork and mindfulness. This inclusive session is a fun way to be active, express yourself and connect with others, while gaining a renewed appreciation for your body as you enjoy moving in whatever way you are able.
Nat will guide you through a range of activities designed to bring you into your body and help you tap into its wisdom and resilience. The workshop is broken into three sections, each supporting you to release tension and cultivate a sense of inner peace. You’ll experience the benefits of movement not only for your physical health, but for your mental and emotional wellbeing too.
No prior dance experience is required, just bring an open mind, a willing spirit and a desire to connect with others in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Worried about coming alone? You’re welcome to bring a buddy (they’ll just need their own ticket).

Meet Your Host Nat
I’m Natalie and I am a stage 4, recurrent cancer thriver. I was diagnosed in my 30s and connected with Trekstock during this time and found a community and great support with other young adults who really understood. I am a trained dancer having studied at The Urdang Academy (junior associate), Paul McCartney’s Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and then graduating from the prestigious Northern School of Contemporary Dance.
Nat is also a qualified teacher (PGCE with QTS) and have a master's degree from the University of the Arts London.
To survive my cancer I had to have one of the biggest surgeries it’s possible to have and it’s been a long road to recovery. There was a time I wasn’t able to walk without a frame so to be able to dance again has been a gift and has helped me gain confidence and trust in my body again. I’m so excited to be working with Trekstock to help young people reconnect with their bodies after a cancer diagnosis. Dancing and movement is so healing. I can’t wait to work with you!
