We know it can be tough after treatment. The memory of a cancer diagnosis never really leaves you and sometimes a bit of extra support is needed to help you navigate your 'new normal.' We get it and that's why we've teamed up with Steph Davies, founder of Life After Cancer (LAC), to guide you through some of the issues you've told us you need support with.

After finishing treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma, Steph realised that everything was a little different post cancer. The conversations around cancer may have become less frequent but so too had the support structure that she’d gotten so used to. That's why she founded LAC.

This programme is open to anyone who has finished their treatment, in the last week or a few years ago. Spread over 6 weeks, each workshop will address some of the issues that may have come up as a result of your cancer diagnosis, helping you to fulfil your potential and take those next steps.

"Great confidence builder. Good to be able to discuss issues openly with other young people in similar situations. Enjoyed it a lot." Young adult who attended coaching session
