Self-Care Workshop Here's the thing about self-care... It only works when we do it! Navigating life in your 20s or 30s is hard enough, let alone when cancer's thrown into the mix. That's why we've partnered with our friends at Life After Cancer to bring you the perfect workshop to help you slow down and refocus some time and energy on Y.O.U. With the days getting darker and all the exciting seasonal celebrations starting up, this is the perfect moment for you to take some essential time out to look after yourself, hear from an expert on helpful tips and ideas to ensure that you're feeling more relaxed than frazzled by the end of the year. After all, you can't pour from an empty cup, can you? For this workshop, you'll spend 60 minutes creating your very own personal self-care plan. You’ll leave with clarity around what you need in order to feel 100%, a self-care plan and some actions that will support you to feel your best and help you to be kinder and more gentle with yourself.
