I didn't realise that so many of the issues I had were actually side effects of the menopause. This programme gave me a reason why I was feeling the way I did and more importantly it gave me the information and tools I needed to improve my health and well-being." Meeting others who can relate to what you're coping with: "It can be daunting to begin to talk about how cancer and the menopause is affecting you, but Trekstock have created a beautifully comfortable community to do it in." Providing important knowledge: "It has been invaluable for me! I am trying to get a referral to reproductive health and even my specialist nurse, yesterday, told me that I don't need to see anyone until in 2 years out of treatment. But because of the programme I had the knowledge and confidence to challenge what she was saying so thank you all!" Meet our experts! Want to join our next programme?
