Trekstock and Whistles Style Night

We'd love you to join us on Thursday 9th May at Whistles, St Christopher's Place for an evening of styling, talks and hanging out with others who get what it's like for cancer to knock your confidence.

As part of our partnership together, we've teamed up with the wonderful team at Whistles to help you find your confidence again after cancer has stopped you in your tracks. Whistles stylists will be on hand to help you navigate the latest season's trends, what suits you and help you find your new normal again.

This evening aims to play a part in building your confidence again whilst giving you a chance to meet others who get it. Food and drinks will be served and everyone will leave with a fab goody bag. Thank you to all the team at Whistles.

Our special guest will be stylist Lucy Bower - a London-based stylist. After graduating with a masters degree in the History and Culture of Fashion from London College of Fashion, Bower assisted leading international stylists and has collaborated with photographers on editorials for publications such as British Vogue, Twin, Allure, Sunday Times Style, and Primary Papers, as well as work for brands such as French Connection, J.JS Lee, Whistles, Stella McCartney, and Matches.

TIMINGS

7pm: Start of the event, arrivals and welcome with drinks and food.

7.30pm: Style talk from Lucy Bower (15 minutes).

7.45pm: Mindfulness talk from Louise Francis Coaching (15 minutes).

8-9pm: Drinks, shopping and time to chat. Whistles team on hand for style advice.

Our Story

Trekstock was founded in 2009 by Sophie Epstone after she became aware of a huge gap in tailored support services for those diagnosed with cancer in their 20s or 30s.

Brace yourself for a fast-paced and physically challenging adventure, as you take on the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales. Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m) and your challenge is to do all this in 24 hours!
