This event is open to anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with or beyond cancer

Join our dear friend and Ambassador Callum for a relaxing walk through nature. This is a free, accessible and achievable way to get some exercise while you enjoy some peace, quiet, fresh air and good company. It's an afternoon that's not all about cancer - a chance to step into some tranquility, and make some new friends along the way.

  • Enjoy the great outdoors, stretching your legs and getting a bit of gentle exercise
  • Immerse yourself in nature and benefit from the clarity and wellbeing that comes with it
  • Socialise with people who understand life alongside cancer - meet new friends, make some connections, and share some laughs
  • Have a great cup of coffee (or tea, or hot chocolate... whatever floats your boat)

This is a 2 hour event that runs from 11:30AM - 1:30PM

Nervous about coming alone? That's okay, you're free to bring a buddy as long as you both book tickets!

Meet Callum...

‘The community that I've found in Trekstock and their community catch ups are invaluable to me. Even eight years on from my cancer diagnosis, being able to connect with other people who are also navigating the world with and beyond cancer has been so important to my recovery. Cancer as a young adult isn't the same as getting a diagnosis as a teenager or older person, but often the support available from the NHS is binary leaving people like me caught in between services. Put simply Trekstock help bridge that gap, they're a charity for people like me, in their 20s. 30s and 40s, with an experience of cancer and all their support is shaped by people who have lived experience of cancer at this age.”
