This event is open to anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with or beyond cancer
This is a great opportunity to meet new people in a laid-back creative environment and get hands-on at Social Pottery - a welcoming and laid-back spot in the heart of Camden, hosted by Carolina, our Trekstock Ambassador.
- Discover the joy of working with clay, a wonderfully tactile and absorbing activity that draws your focus away from everyday worries and grounds you in the moment.
- Benefit from the proven therapeutic effects of physical creativity, which supports emotional wellbeing and can provide a real sense of calm and achievement
- Engage your hands and body in gentle, rhythmic motion that is easy on the joints and feels less like exercise and more like play
