This event is open to anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with or beyond cancer

This is a laid-back and super accessible way to meet new people and experience the restorative combination of breathwork and sound healing, hosted by Nat, our Trekstock Ambassador and Team Member.

  • Learn simple, guided breathing techniques that you can take home and use whenever you need a moment of calm. No prior experience needed, just turn up and breathe.
  • Let the soothing sounds of the crystal healing sound bowls wash over you and work their magic, helping to quiet a busy mind and ease tension in the body.
  • Enjoy the feel-good effects of a session that works on both your mental and physical state, without any of the effort of a traditional workout.
  • Leave feeling deeply relaxed, energised, and reset .
  • Stick around afterwards for a chat with a wonderful group of people who understand you: make new friends and find new connections.

Feel free to bring a friend along with you - just make sure you both book tickets.

This event is on Saturday 10th October from 14:00 - 16:00

Meet Natalie:

I’m Natalie and I am a stage 4, recurrent cancer thriver. I was diagnosed in my 30s and connected with Trekstock during this time and found a community and great support with other young adults who really understood. To survive my cancer I had to have one of the biggest surgeries it’s possible to have and it’s been a long road to recovery. I’m so excited to be working with Trekstock to help young people reconnect with their bodies after a cancer diagnosis.
