This event is open to anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s living with or beyond cancer

Come and spend a lovely afternoon exploring the Sea Life London Aquarium on the Southbank, hosted by Callum, our Trekstock Ambassador. And yes, it's completely free.

  • Wander through tanks and tunnels at your own pace, surrounded by some of the ocean's most mesmerising creatures. This experience is calming, quietly magical and great for the soul
  • Enjoy the well-documented mood-boosting effects of watching marine life: a moment of connection with nature is a powerful thing
  • Get gently moving as you explore the aquarium's many levels and walkways, with easy, natural activity built into every step
  • Give your mind a proper rest as you lose yourself in something beautiful, immersive and completely removed from the everyday
  • Stick around afterwards for a chat with a wonderful group of people who understand you: make new friends and find new connections.

Feel free to bring a buddy along with you - just make sure you both book tickets.

This is a 2 hour event that runs from 1:00PM - 3:00PM.

Meet Callum...

‘The community that I've found in Trekstock and their community catch ups are invaluable to me. Even eight years on from my cancer diagnosis, being able to connect with other people who are also navigating the world with and beyond cancer has been so important to my recovery. Cancer as a young adult isn't the same as getting a diagnosis as a teenager or older person, but often the support available from the NHS is binary leaving people like me caught in between services. Put simply Trekstock help bridge that gap, they're a charity for people like me, in their 20s. 30s and 40s, with an experience of cancer and all their support is shaped by people who have lived experience of cancer at this age.”
