Trekstock Presents Food + Cancer

It's not too late to catch Trekstock's Food + Cancer panel discussion - cutting through the confusion to give people with cancer clear, practical, and evidence based support around food.
After a wonderful evening of honesty, clarity, insight and valuable myth-busting, we're happy to announce that the Trekstock Food + Cancer Guide is now available to read through our Resources page. If you're interested in cancer, diet and nutrition, you can watch the whole panel discussion through the link below:

We'll also be launching our updated Food + Cancer Guide, filled with helpful advice, delicious recipes, and judgment free support designed for people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. Whether you are currently in treatment or living with cancer long term, this guide is created for you, wherever you are in your journey. Our aim is to give you the confidence and knowledge to make informed food choices that work for your body, your life, and your goals, all in a simple, easy to digest format (we had to).
"There is so much disinformation around food and cancer... people dealing with a diagnosis deserve better! Myths are everywhere, the pressure is immense, and the last thing anyone going through this needs is more shame around what they eat. This event is about replacing fear with clarity, I can't wait to be part of it!" Dr Joshua Wolrich
