October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. For many within the breast cancer community, including those who are part of Trekstock, it can be a difficult and triggering month. With so many people, brands and organisations talking about cancer, it can feel impossible to escape. And while it can also feel like EVERY month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month when you've had your own diagnosis, the pink fluffiness of October can be overwhelming.

We wanted to share some resources which might be useful for those living life alongside Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
