FUNDRAISING AND SUPPORTER ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

Trekstock has a growing supporter base, which requires a passionate, energetic and dedicated Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Officer to join the team.

You will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and CEO to provide exceptional supporter engagement and communications, administration and events support and database management.

We‘re looking for someone proactive and enthusiastic with excellent administration skills and experience of customer service, to confidently build and maintain relationships with supporters at all levels. We want someone who is passionate about giving supporters a personalised experience as they help to expand the reach of Trekstock’s work with young adults.

As our Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Officer, you’ll play a key role in overseeing all of Trekstock’s individual supporters, community and challenge events, ensuring they are all delivered, supported and reach their targets. As the first port of call for our supporters, we will be relying on you to develop strong relationships and signpost when required, support on the recruitment and stewardship of challenge participants and develop and grow partnerships to increase income and support Trekstock’s mission. You will build personal relationships through written and verbal communication, as well as ensuring we have all the necessary data in our database to maintain those relationships.
